Chase Golden and Cutthroat Trout in the Spectacular Wind River Range
The rugged Wind River Range spans more than a hundred miles in western Wyoming. Nearly all of the states 13,000 ft peaks are found here, it has 156 glaciers, contains well over 1,000 lakes, and is home to the headwaters of the Green, Big Sandy, Wind, and Sweetwater rivers. Needless to say, it is a fly fishing paradise. We will be heading off the beaten path into the south eastern Winds near Lander, WY. Using pack animals to lighten the load, we will hike far into mountains for six days in search of trophy sized fish, secret lakes, and the ever elusive Golden Trout. Once we are out of the backcountry, we will complete our service project before float fishing the nearby Wind/Bighorn River. This trip has it all: big mountains, big views, and big fish. Don’t miss out on this trip of a lifetime to one of the greatest fishing destinations in the world!
